Booking Policies

Booking
Select your service, date and time, pay your £5 deposit via card, and you'll receive an instant email confirmation. DM @_ajs.nails if you have any questions.

Deposit
A non-refundable £5 deposit is required to secure your slot, paid securely via Stripe. Remaining balance in cash only on the day. Deposit is deducted from your total.

Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is offered. 10–20 minutes late incurs a £5 late fee. More than 20 minutes late = cancellation and deposit forfeited.

Guests & Nail Damage
No additional guests permitted. Nail breaks within the first week repaired free of charge. After one week, £3 per nail.

Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours in advance via the Cancel/Reschedule link in your confirmation email or on this site. Less than 48 hours forfeits your deposit.

Location
The exact address will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment via email once your deposit is confirmed.
